Chef Marie Dubois

Born in Lyon, the gastronomic capital of France, Chef Marie Dubois discovered her passion for patisserie at the age of twelve while helping her grandmother prepare traditional French desserts for family gatherings.

After completing her formal training at the prestigious École de Pâtisserie in Paris, Marie spent eight years perfecting her craft in renowned patisseries across France, including a transformative period at Pierre Hermé's flagship store.

In 2018, she brought her expertise and passion to our city, founding Chérie Patisserie with a vision to share authentic French patisserie traditions while embracing modern innovation and local ingredients.
